Surfaced in Det. Jimmy Palmer's research on Abigail Wright (Session 4): one of two people with several recorded interactions with her.

Revised, same session: a first-floor resident of the McAllistor Building — like Thomas Manuel, one of Abigail's two recurring contacts living in her own building. The floorplan renders the name "Louis Posts Apt"; spelling unconfirmed, tracked here as Lewis Post.

Met — Session 5

Kip called on him. Mid-20s, brown hair. He talked readily, describing — as ordinary fact:

• A party in the smoking lounge of the sixth floor.
• It happened before Abigail moved upstairs.

• How does he know Abigail Wright? Friend, collaborator, romantic, other?
• Has he been to the sixth floor, or only heard of the party?
